Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days from the delivery date. All items must be unused and unwashed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only. Once the return label is sent to the customer, we must receive the return item using that label within 30 days to issue a refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

For all returns or exchanges, just email us at hit.us.up@claimdefame.com. We'll send you a pre-paid return label. Just print out the label, put the return item back in the resealable claim defame shipping envelope (or any other envelope) along with the packing slip. Tape the printed return label to the outside of the package and mail back to the below address.
